Never saw a business that takes so long to process a return. I called 2 days ago to get the paperwork to return an item. I have yet to get a call back for info. There is no way on the website to process your own return like most other companies. If you are in a hurry to process and return and get your money back quicky, don't use Ashley online!

I think that your store policy about returning an item that you are not able to sit in due to your medical is ludicrous and cost a person a lot of lost money when your sales person does not make you aware that when you take it you are screwed. I will let everyone know how you operate.
