Daughter's school told her to buy regalia for graduation at the Barnes and Nobles. I bought her a $500 gift card to assist. The bookstore refused to accept the gift card, saying they handle the sale but the money goes to the university and they cannot accept a gift card - despite the online order form being on their website and indicating they were selling it. They then refused to refund the unused gift card. So I am out $500.
