Sent me the wrong size! Have to exchange it. The site said go to "Easy Return label" to print a return label but couldn't find it anywhere on the confusing site. Disappointed since my first time ordering from this company.
I was told they never received my returned item, even though I sent it certified and received conformation that they received it,
I was very unsatisfied with the order and merchandise. ?Everything I ordered did not arrive and you sent substitutes. No good business.
I placed an order on Dec. 5. I saw the processing Fee of $6.50 after Iplaced the order. I called back in less then 15min's and was told I couldn't cancel the order. I had to wait until it was delivered and then return it. I worked in Retail for many year's. This is no way to runn a bussiness. I will never order from you again.
Garbage quality items out of a catalog. They don’t back any of their merchandise. They force you into a return label for $14 even when an item cost $3. They added extra money on after my PayPal order was processed and no one will tell me why! Buyer beware!
