I want to return the foundation I purchased for a refund. I am not satisfied with the product. Unable to get thru on the phone number listed.
Dissatisfied with the foundation, it dosen't cover at all, Ive tried it for over a week, still not happy with the product, its almost like powder, I would like to return for a refund.

I have been trying to return one of the items I purchased following the web site return and all I get is how to get more product. I have also tried calling and the phone number is not working! I have also sent an e-mail message requesting help, but have not gotten a response. This company sounds good but 8 have found that I can't get to speak with anyone or get to return one of the items I ordered. I have kept two of the items, but under the circumstances I would never order again if I am unable to return or speak to someone. This has been a real Hassel.
