How do I know if my return has been received? I have returned 2 Hoodies & 1 blanket. I did call your rep to make sure it was sent back correctly. She said I had to take E-cash to avoid shipping. UPS charged me $5.00 for label (blanket). I ordered 1 Hoodie, which was very late, then I received 2 more of the same. The rep. sent me a label & told me I can put both in same box because they were the same item. UPS agreed and put both in box & sent it out. No confirmation, nothing in my acct. doesn't show I sent this back. I will be checking with my credit card company. Yes, they charged my credit card for all 3 hoodies, and blanket. It was sent back after receiving them & after Christmas. I shouldn't have to have E-cash. I need help getting this straightened out.
