Very punitive return process. Despite not having an email or packing slip, I was denied a return on merchandise. I exceeded 30 days by less than 2 weeks and felt this refusal was very rude and without compromise. I will not be shopping at Saks in the future, I will shop at Nordstroms or Neiman Marcus where customer service is always treated as important. Perhaps Milton felt no options were available, but to lack any recourse for my purchase is very punitive and unfair.
