Items are shipped noting "Clearance" on the invoice so they cannot be returned. When the purchase is made Shop LC does not say "The item is on clearance and can't be returned" Also they are slow on sending return labels, or do not send them at all.
I am not satisfied with a broken bracelet. I threw away the order accompanying it. Then the clasp brake when wearing it. I have learned my lesson.
