I ordered 2 pairs of trainers from the same manufacturer, botht eh same size. One size fitted, the other was to small, but I am still being charged for the return, absolutely ridiculous
Paid £10 for next day delivery, but order didn't arrive until 4 days later. Tried to return order because it was late and they're insisting I pay for return postage. Agent ended the chat before I was finished.
I went to return an item i purchased but was informed i was not getting a refund but a credit note which means i have to go back to spend it not a great option as the sign in the shop saying this was covered up.
