I have no printer to run label for returns and I use an old tablet that will not connect to printers at the library. I asked if I could return the glasses without if I but the info in the original package and PAID to return, but same sense as response about library (and I'm mobility impaired in adfition) Even asked if they'd mail the return label...no response. Now stick with glasses that distort my vision, ill fitting, and flimsy....still no answer....scam
